What’s Critical Workers?
Critical Workers is an activist platform based in Berlin dealing with workers struggles. We come for different political groups which have been challenging precarity, labor conditions and exploitation for many years. We offer free legal counselling regarding work issues, in presence of labour lawyers. Please feel free to ask us any question or come in our counselling hours.

We come for different political groups which have been challenging precarity, labor conditions and exploitation for many years. Now, we decided to join forces.
The economy of the growing city of Berlin feeds on underpaid and exploited labour. Many sectors, like gastronomy, cleaning services and construction, have been transformed by outsourcing and digital technologies. The consequences are shitty contracts, separation of workers and new forms of control by the bosses. These conditions especially affect migrants and women. In many cases, traditional labor unions are not getting involved in workers struggles. They are not able to or they do not want to.
Our aim is to build practical solidarity and change labour conditions for all workers in this city. New working conditions require new forms of action.
